  • We are steadfast in our resolve to hold La Rébuplique du Cameroun authorities accountable for their crimes against humanity

WHAT WE DO

Through advocacy and lobbying, our goal is to leverage Australia’s roles as a superpower, it’s history as a former colonial territory, it’s superios track record on upholding human rights towards;

  1. Upholding the vote of Australia; Fifty-seven years ago, on 21st April 1961, Australia along with 63 other Member State of the United Nations) cast a historic vote during the 994th Plenary meeting of the United Nations General Assembly Fourth Committee on Decolonization. Chaired by Mr. Federik H. Boland (Ireland) with Mr. Tsiang (China) as Vice-Chair and Mr. Boeg (Denmark) in the role of Rapporteur, that session terminated Trusteeship Agreement No. 118 of 1946. As the successor state of Southern Cameroons, the Republic of Ambazonia declared the restoration of the independence granted under United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1608(XV), which was passed by 64 YES votes; 23 NO votes and 10 abstentions.
  2. Being the first country to break with the many calls for dialogue with the colonialist of La Rébuplique du Cameroun as well as for solutions that are doomed to fail, including calls for federalism or confederation between the two Cameroons. Our people would appreciate Australia leading in the convening, hosting, and facilitation of negotiations leading to peaceful separation from La Rébuplique du Cameroun. It is a role that Australia and the American Congress played in the run-up to the independence for South Sudan, Timor Leste, and others.
  3. Calling for and supporting the deployment of United Nations Peacekeepers between La Rébuplique du Cameroun and Southern Cameroons to help prevent a Rwanda-type genocide
  4. Calling for international mediation to resolve the root causes of this territorial dispute and prevent further atrocities and genocide. All those arrested in relation to the crisis must be set free
  5. We engage and educate the public, MPs and Senators on the craftily subdued media attention to the ongoing genocide in Southern Cameroons orchestrated by the government of La Rébuplique du Cameroun.
  6. We propagate material depicting atrocities to international crises and humanitarian organisations and the media bearing in mind the Vietnam war would not have ended prematurely were it not for the revelation of ground zero atrocities, leading to mass protests and culminating in regimes bowing down to international pressures.
  7. SCAAA organises marches and protests geared towards sensitisation and education such as the sensitisation gathering organised during the Commonwealth Games 2018 at the Gold Coast and Canberra in October 2018
  8. Contribute financially towards humanitarian aid for the internally displaced 1,500,000 and 60,000 refugees fleeing violence and the burning down of their villages into neighbouring Nigeria orchestrated by the government of La Rébuplique du Cameroun
